BL 28 Spieltag

Marco Russ got a goal and it was his 3rd Tor in this season!!

...but we're unhappy SGE defeated 2-1... orz

It had been a long time for Ina being a starting member. But JP-TV couldn't prospect it so they decided to be on air the game of Bochum (even Ono didn't play because of his injury).

It couldn't be helped... I used a Tcker on the official site of the Bundesliga this time. (No P2P live, Gee...)

OH, I really wanted to watch the game with movie, not with text!! Because..., Marco got a goal in this game!! ...The team lost the game, though...

The data of this game is as follows;
----------------------
# Members list;
Pröll
Ochs, Russ, Galindo, Spycher
Inamoto (78. Mahdavikia)
Fink, Köhler
Fenin, Toski (68. Mantzios)
Amanatidis

# Goal Getters;
0:1 Russ (28.)
1:1 Pinto (35.)
2:1 Christian Schulz (89.)
----------------------

Umm, well, we can see Funkel really likes the 1-top style.

Russ was a starting member as a CB, and he worked hard as usual doing a lot of Zweikampf. :)

Oh no, it's not Sumo or Wrestling,
Hey a 98 player, don't hold Marco so tight.

At the 28th minute, Toski deliverd the ball from the corner. The ball bounded and skipped over several players and at last dropped in front of Marco Russ. Russ shot a strong volley with his right leg toward the goalmouth. SGE scored first by Russ's powerful shot which the national GK Enke couldn't save! Yeah!

Congratulations on your 3rd Tor of this season, Marco!!

Delightful Marco and his mates. It makes us(only me?) happy, too. (*^v^*)

So...,

Ina, you're too much close to Marco! Am I going to give Ina an yellow card?!
Change the places with me, Ina! [me idiot]
Well, Russ seems not to mind hugging an Asian. Uh, nice. [...whats?]

A, A, A, Anyway, It was the valuable first score at the away game!
We hoped the first half would be finished to keep SGE's lead.

BUT,

Ina made a mistake at a Zweikampf and Hannover 96 stole a draw at the 35th minute.
After the match, Ina said; (the article is here)

" (speaking about the failed Zweikampf) I thought I could reach my leg out for the ball..."

...Hey Ina, it's no doubt you couldn't reach! We Asian have shorter arms and legs compare to others. You're not an exception. hihi.
Before Taka also said that;
"If I keep the distance which Japanese players never reach, German players reach their long legs from an unbelievable position and easily get the ball away from me."

Because of Ina's mistake, the second half got started from 1-1.
...Ina, you should make up for it. Do solid defense with your all body!

At the 61st minute, Hannover's Pinto kicked Toski. Pinto of course was showed the second yellow card, being equal to a red card.

SGE didn't seem to play with some advantage even though the opponent team had 10 players. Why?!
I expected Ama got at least one more score, but I might not be able to say too ambitious...?! It was an away game. I know, I know. At least....., DRAW, PLEASE...!

It came unlucky time for SGE "Last 15 minutes".
And SGE followed this vice again...,

At the 89th minute,
Schulz got a goal.
...orz

OH, Neiiin, I thought SGE would have settled for a tie and had got 1 point... (T_T)
I hoped SGE would have won or at least would have withdrawn, because Marco got a goal in this game. I guess Marco won't be able to be pleased with his goal at all when the team lost the game.

Well, can I say one thing?

...
The team leaders shouldn't face down whatever the result would be.

I think it was important that SGE didn't lose this game.
Needless to say, Marco and SGE buddies know how much important not to lose this game than I feel how much...

Everybody seemed to regret the defeat...

Chagring Marco is also cute*
[me idiot]

Anyway, It is no use crying over spilt milk. The 28 Spieltag was over.
I really hope SGE will show us a Giant Killing next game!

What Inamoto said about Ono

Ina mentioned in his official blog what he thought about Shinji Ono.

---------------------

11th Mar 2008
Two Japanese faced off!

It was the first time for me to meet a Japanese at a official game since I came to Europe. And more, the opponent team has Shinji Ono!

Shinji and I have been friends since we were in the national youth team, and our friendship has kept around 10 years even though we've never been in a same club teams.
To tell the truth, I felt a bit strange to play against my good friend Shinji. lol
It's been a long time since the last time I saw Shinji playing, but Shinji has great skill as ever!
I recognized Shinji is a wonderful player!

When it comes to the game, we SGE could keep the initiative, but we were caught off our guard, actually...... Well, nobody know what happens for 90 minuets...

However, I'm going to turn this experience to advantage for further games!!

BL 23 Spieltag

I know all SGE fans aren't satisfied with the result of this game. Ja, so am I ... but I'm also happy with this game to some extent. Because...,

Marco played great as a MF and he also did a nice assist with Toski's goal!! Yeeeahhh!!
I'd be more and more happy if SGE had won the game. So my happiness indicator is 70% full right now.

Let's see the data.
-----------------------
# Members list;
Nikolov
Ochs, Galindo, Kyrgiakos (86. Chaftar), Spycher
Russ, Inamoto, Fink
Fenin, Amanatidis, Toski

# Goal getters;
1:0 Toski (49.) from Russ's great pass!
1:1 Azaouagh (67.)
-----------------------

It's been a long time since they had the last fight at a J-league game in 2000, so many Japanese people looked forward to this game because the good friends Ina and Ono might fight on the same pitch again. I know German people didn't mind such a tiny thing, so I didn't expect Funkel would use Ina as a starting member at this game, actually. But my prospects failed. Ina and Ono were able to meet on the same pitch.

Maybe it was a court to the court from Mitsubishi...?? hihi.

Speaking about no-good things, this game was 1-1 draw even though the opponent was Bochum, and there remained two bad and doubtful things for us.

1. Surprisingly Bochum's attack
Well.... I don't know what I can say anything.... but...

Umm... I understand what SGE buddies felt...

Yes, Funkel, you were right!
You needed to say something to the referee for your boys, whether the FK was legal or not.

2. Soto's injury

Neiiin, it looks hurt... Maybe Soto's nose is broken...?! Get well SOONER, Soto!!

Speaking about a good thing (maybe only I thought?), Marco had played full time and he did a good job as a MF.
I think Marco did well as a MF as like as he did at the game against Schalke. Marco could be better as a MF than a CB...?!?!

Marco provided good feeds and passes during the game. Marco also made an effort by himself from middle range. And we have to mention, Marco assisted Toski and SGE got a goal! Wunderbar!! v(^o^)v

After this goal, Marco ran up to Toski and celebrated Toski. :)

I really wish I were Toski. [me stupid]

Hey Toski, change the places with me, bitteee! [me idiot]

I think SGE showed us a good fight at the second half, but the game was finished 1-1 draw...

Well..., NEXT! I'm looking forward to 3 points at the next game against Karlsruhe. BITTE!

# PS;
On Sunday 9th, we saw a 1 minute digest of this game in a Japanese TV program "Yabecchi FC".

We can see an interview after the match at a glance, and all Japanese people gazed at Ina and Ono talking, but I might be the only Japanese who gazed at a man behind Ina.

... Marcoooo!
p(^o^)q

Hey Japanese TV camera crew, why don't you zoom in on the nice MF of this game instead of Ina?!?!
The microphone caught Marco's voice with lower volume, so I strained to hear him (even though I can't understand German speaking, hehe). But I'm curious about which media interviewed with Marco and what Russ said.

# For your interests;
Ina and Ronaldinho

Hasebe to Wolfsburg

Hum. Makoto Hasebe comes to Wolfsburg from the middle of this month. I'm glad a new Japanese player comes to Bundesliga, because...,

I can expect the Japanese TV broadcasting will probably try to air the games of Bundesliga on TV next season. Probably they will, perhaps, maybe..... ^^;

BTW, the wiki page of Hasebe in German is added.
I think it's my duty to add some info about Hasebe for German friends as like as I did when Ina came to Germany.

I put some info about Hasebe which are not in German wiki page but are in Japanese wiki page.

Sayonara Taka

On 6th January, We got the news that Taka is going to leave SGE and to move to Urawa Reds.

The JP article is here;

------------------------------------------------------

Taka's most important reason to be back to Japan is that Taka wants to participate in all of the games of the Japanese national team. Mr Bruchhagen said, "We never want Taka to leave us. But Taka told us that Taka was sure he would be able to be in much more good health when he attends the international game if he would play in Urawa." Mr Funkel said, "We couldn't say yes easily, but Taka said he need to go back anyway."

Because of his Venous thrombosis, Taka has always needed to inject the anticoagulant into himself whenever he took a flight. That's like a desperate journey for Taka.
So now, Taka decided to go back to Japan because of his great zeal for the Okada Japan.

The JP coach Okada is delighted with Taka's return. Okada said he would be able to call Taka to the JP national team without his reserve.

Taka Moves To Urawa?

IMO, I don't like it...

The JP article is here;

--- extracted Japanese sentences ---------

-------------------------------------

--- English translations ------

Urawa Red Diamonds has offered Naohito Takahara (28) to come and join them, and on 29th Urawa said that Takahara and Urawa agreed with each other about the conditions of the contract.
According to the conditions, Taka would probably get 180,000,000 yen (abut 1,100,000 Euro) per year and it will be the most highly paid players in Japan. Taka seems to decide to move to Urawa in his mind, so Taka will be a member of Urawa Reds on January if Eintracht Frankfurt will agree with Urawa Red Diamonds.

Takahara is now in Japan because of the winter break of Bundesliga. Taka will be back to Germany on 3rd January and will tell the coach Funkel and Mr Bruchhagen
that he would like to move to Urawa. Nobody know SGE will accept Taka's idea, but SGE can get higher transfer fee rather than if Taka will move to another team next summer (in that case, SGE will get only about 120,000,000 yen). So it's high possible that SGE will sell Takaharra on January. The only talking point seems to be how much the transfer fee is.

... I think that it's better for Taka to be in Germany and to try to get back the regular position at least in this season...

First Camp

Taka and Ina will join the camp in Japan after the 17 Spieltag, but no play.

The JP article is here;

...Now I don't have enough time so I put just summary of this article and other articles I lost the URLs.

According to this and those articles...,

The players who are selected for the national team are supposed to have a training camp on 18th and 19th December. It's the first meeting of the new Okada team. Taka and Ina will join the camp to see the new members. The new Okada team is going to have a test match during the camp, but Taka and Ina won't play there, because it's just after the 17 Spieltag and it's just after their long flight to Japan. JFA (Japanese Football Association) don't want to exhaust Taka and Ina.

The next match of the Japanese national team is a friendly match with Chile. It will be held in Japan on 26th January.

When Osim had a fish, he made the medical staff laugh with his joke, "I wish I had a glass of wine." And then, Osim was worried about how Urawa Reds played at the FIFA club world cup and said, "Did Urawa fine?"
Tajima also said that the next step was leaving ICU but nobody couldn't estimate when.

Ina at Fan Event

I hope the fans in this village read this and know what Ina thought about it. :)

Heeey, I didn't think Ina was supposed to visit at a fan club. There are no Ina's name in this article.

Christmas Event!

Christmas day is getting close, and it has been getting more beautiful with illumination around town!!

We usually have a lot of events this season. It was the same when I was in UK (but it wasn't the same when I was in Turkey because Muslim don't care about Christmas).
The other day, I went to a village which is a bit far from am Main to attend an event at a fan club!

Each players went to each of fan clubs, and I was supposed to visit this fan club with Takahara, but I went there alone because Taka had had a cold.
I thought I was very sorry for the fans because only I was there (= No Taka), but the fans gave me a big welcome to me.
They cared a lot about the player who couldn't speak German and kindly used some English words to have a conversation with me!!
Children came to me for my autograph with their big smile even though I'm a newcomer of SGE, and their smiles made me feel glad from the bottom of my heart that I'm a football player. *^o^*

They told me, "We will charter a bus and will go to watch the next game, so please get a Doppelpack." (probably they said so, as long as I caught their words.)
So I answered "I'll do my best". (^-^)

I would like to win the next game for them, and I will be glad if I could be able to make them happy!!

Osim's Comeback Word

The (previous) coach of the Japanese national team Mr Osim has come around!!!

When Mr Osim opened his eyes in a bed in the Juntendo University Urayasu hospital, his first word was...,

"What has become of the match?"

# I'm sure Osim said it in his mother language.

The Japanese article is here;

Ohhhhh....!!! Osim is surely a football guru!!!

Anyway, Osim survived and we all are sooooo glad to hear this news!
...But Osim has still been in ICU and has still been doing sleep and awake recurrently...
We really hope Osim will get well SOONER!

Osim and Taka seems to match well. Most of players are impressed by Osim's football philosophy, and I can tell you, Osim is loved by all of Japanese people from bad boys to politicians. We know his intelligence, his genius for coaching and his love for Japan.
JP people who are not interested in football even like him when they find "Osim's logos", which explain a lot of true of life through his remarks about football.

Different from other coaches, Osim has always tried to improve Japanese football culture totally, it means, not only player's skill but also the attitude of the media and supporters. He always aim for establishing the Japanese football style, not for just copying European football.

The reason Osim decided to come to Japan is not money. Long long ago Osim came to Japan to attend the Olympics game in Tokyo when he was a player. When Osim did a self-training in a park near the hotel he stayed, a farmer gave Osim a pear and a shopkeeper rented Osim a bicycle for free. Osim said that was the reason to come to Japan. Osim said he wanted to return a favor to Japan. But, when it comes to leading JP football, Osim hasn't given us only sweets. He gave us many ironic (but tender) words. He never played up to us. So we can trust him. :)

# Well, if a foreign person would come to Japan when he/she got a pear, I must give a pear to Marco! ...me idiot. ^^;

Now JFA assigned Okada for the new coach instead of Osim, but personally I Do hope Osim would will be the coach of us again in the future...!!
