in Zillertal

Now Bundeskanzlerin Merkel is in Japan for the G8 summit, and SGE buddies are in Zillertal for training. ...I wish SGE buddies followed Bundeskanzlerin Merkel and came in Japan. [me idiot!]

SGE buddies enjoy training.

Marco followed the ball smiling and frolicking as like as his puppy Nala. So cute*

We had no-SGE time for about 6 weeks. I've suffered from "Russ deficiency".
Such a photo is a good medicine for me. hehe. [me idiot]

Stefan allowed me to use his photo of Marco as a wallpaper of my mobile phone. Danke, Stefan! :)

How nice such kind of small talks! Viva Internet!!

So then, I made a wallpaper as follows;

#The image size is adjust to the display of my mobile phone.

When it comes to a mobile phone, I got a latest one and I can enjoy some games with my handy as like as Wii by Nintendo. Can you imagine? We can play..., for example, Golf, PK as a GK, Bowling, Fishing, Boxing, Chemists check between two people by voice, lie detector, playing guitar and so on.
I'm not into computer games, but this function is a bit fun to kill the time.

Beauty Salon in FRA and TKY

SGE ties up with a beauty salon in am Main.

We can see the article here and here.

In FNP's article, there is a sentence like this;
---------------
„In internationalen Metropolen wie New York oder Tokio sind solche ganzheitlichen Concept-Stores längst etabliert und auf dem Beautysektor nicht mehr wegzudenken. Frankfurt ist nun auch bereit für diesen Schritt“, betont Ochs.
---------------

Ja, that's right, there are many total-beauty-salon in Tokyo.
... but I think we won't become so cool if we would take various treatments in gorgeous salons because we're small and plain Asian...

...Me?
I wish I could have time to go to such a salon, haha. I usually work until 9 or 10 PM as like as a typical Japanese office worker. ^^; It's all I go to a hair salon in a month. I think people who can go home at fixed time enjoy such a salon.

However, I can introduce a nice head-spa salon in central Tokyo to you if you're interested in. Please ask. ;)

Charity Match with KFC Uerdingen

Eintracht Frankfurt had a charity match with KFC Uerdingen 05 on 25th March. Funkel used to be in this club long long ago.

---------------
# Members list;
Nikolov (46. Hofmann)
Ochs (67. Halke), Russ, Theuerkauf, Vasoski
Fink (67. Weil), Rummenigge, Caio, Toski
Galm, Köhler (69. Fachat)

# Goal Getters;
1:0 Galm (30.), 1:1 Velardi (70.), 2:1 Weil (72.)
---------------

The article on SGE site is here.

Young strong Russ was a starting member and played full time. :)

There is the name "Rummenigge" in the members list. His name is Marco and he is son of the famous "Rummenigge". I think he must be a good player because he has the same name as Russ has. haha!

When FC Bayern came to Japan for a friendly match with Urawa Reds in 2006, Rummenigge got big squeals of delight from Japanese audience as the same as Kahn got. Japanese Bundes fans, especially who are elder, are still fond of Rummenigge. After the friendly match, Rummenigge said in an interview that he didn't thought he got such a big cheer in Japan after the long time since he retired. Rummenigge seemed to enjoy his stay in Japan with surprising applause, and he said to the media he and FC Bayern would come back to Japan soon. Hey Herr Rummenigge, please be a man of his word! lol

Well, I don't know how SGE buddies played, but I'd be happy if Funkel and sons find something new from this game. :)

A coach said that...

Today we can find some interesting threads by fans, at Blog-G and at the official forum.

I try to figure out what they are talking, but I can't clear with a dictionary and a translation software. However I think they are talking about Funkel's tactics and some other things.

These topics remind me the word by Katsuya Nomura, who is one of the big-3 baseball coaches in Japan.

Mr Nomura said that...,
-----------------
"組織はリーダーの力量以上には伸びない。"
"A team never improves greater than its coach is."
-----------------

What Nomura wants say is that...;
A team can be stronger if the team gets one or more high-skilled players.
A team can be stronger if each player does training hard and improves their own skill.
But, a team will never be stronger than current ability of the coach.
That's why a coach must study hard always, and it's understandable that a team will change its coach sometimes.

Nomura also said that...,
-----------------
"チームに必要なのは、「変革」と「ムード」だ。"
"The necessities for a good team are 'change' and 'mood (of team spirit, and of aspiration, and so on)'. "

BL 21 Spieltag

Ohhhhh...!
Merte shouted out!
...and I'm sure everybody shouted out loud for their own reasons, too.

SGE won the game against the big Werder 1-0. Wow!

The players data of this match is as follows;
-------------------------
# Members list;
Nikolov
Ochs, Kyrgiakos, Galindo, Spycher
Fink (71. Russ), Inamoto (46. Caio), Chris, Köhler
Amanatidis (88. Mantzios), Fenin

# Goal getter;
1:0 Amanatidis (56.)

# Misc
Ochi must suspend at the next match because of 5 yellows.
-------------------------

Marco was in the bench failing to meet MY expectations.
Inamoto was a starting member... Many Japanese including me thought it might be an expedient plan for Mitsubishi. hihi.

Well, we also knew Ina was a good Diego stopper at the previous match against Werder, so Funkel probably decided to use Ina.

It is an evidence for it that Ina was replaced with Caio in the second half because Diego was out of the pitch at 40th minute.
At a Japanese football forum, they all said that Ina seemed to be in SGE as a clerk of Diego.

Yes, it was unbelievable but true, Diego got a red card after his attacking Soto with his shoulder. They say that Soto told Diego "Stand up, F**k you" in English and Diego couldn't control his anger at that time.

The referee seemed to say "Neee...!" against Bremers' objection.

I've heard that there are usually many dirty words on a pitch during a game. But I can't say it's understandable to be allowed to say ANYTHING during a game.
However, great players are expected to control themselves.... At the WM 2006, Zinedine Zidane showed us that players who take a violent attitude must be punished whatever.

Umm..., I feel something hurt anyway. I hope Diego will never do that and nobody will say anything about bad words.
Only thing I feel glad about this happening is that Soto didn't use a racist word.

I'm a bit concerned what Diego thought after the match... Oh my...

Hey, let's see other scenes!
Ama got a score and our FW's were delighted at it!

They were cute like puppies* :)

Fenin was strong as he won against large Mertesacker, but unfortunately Fenin got no score this time.

Oka!
Our God Oka showed us his great plays. Danke!

When it comes to Marco, Russ was sent to the pitch at 71st minute,

...and did well as a block of the wall.

Marco's playing time was short as like as his new hair style.

It's not enough for me. I need more Russ's playing at every games. More, more more! ^^;

SGE buddies celebrated this victory with fans in the stadium.

SGE is now at the 7th place...Yappiiii!
But, as Funkel said at the press conference after the match, they might need to look back this match especially at the second half for a debate on it each other.

The next match is against HSV on Sunday. Way to go, Eintracht Frankfurt!!

How We Can Watch Games Is...

Eintracht Frankfurt has a match against Werder Bremen on weekend. We shouldn't miss it! But...

Ei ei ei, I expected that Japanese TV broadcasting would provide us more games because of Ono and Hasebe, but the things are going worse for me and SGE fans in Japan.

I sometimes mutter about the situation of TV broadcasting in Japan, you know. At this moment, we can take two (legal) method to watch Bundesliga.

1. TV
2. Live Streaming by a JP company

Speaking about No.1;
The pay-TV company "Fuji 739" is small and poor so they has changed the TV schedules from this month.
[ Before ] All of the SGE's games will be on air this season.
[ Now ] They will select one game every Spieltag and let us know each time. + The highlights of about 5 minutes of each team's match of a Spieltag.

So far, we see we can watch these games on Fuji 739;
* 21 Spieltag = Bochum vs Hannover
* 22 Spieltag = Bochum vs Leverkusen
* 23 Spieltag = SGE vs Bochum
* after 24 Spieltag = (uncertain)

Bundesliga fans in Japan thought that they could watch one or two games of their own favorite team because all SGE's games were going to be on air. HOWEVER, now some fans might NOT be able to watch even one game of their favorite team, so they feel blue.

Speaking about No.2;
Recently they started to provide us streaming live of Bundesliga's matches on the site "ShowTime".
We should pay around 300 Yen as a monthly fee and can enjoy streaming video, but I think the fee isn't expensive and I think this site is safe (= no spam, no virus).

At this moment, ShowTime shows us one match of their choice every Speiltag. They seems to select one mainly of Bochum, Frankfurt and Wolfsburg.
Bundesliga fans never stick to Japanese players and want to enjoy Bundesliga, but most of contents providers care for fans of Ono, Ina and Hasebe.
Then, especially Bayern and Werder fans in Japan are crying, you know.

So far, we see we can watch these games on ShowTime;
* 21 Spieltag = SGE vs Bremen
* 22 Spieltag = Bochum vs Leverkusen
* after 23 Spieltag = (uncertain)

I know someone would say you can watch the live games on the site "bwin". Yeah, I know bwin show us all of the Bundesliga's games. I know, I know...
We could do it before, but now they has changed their rule like that;
You have to charge money on your bwin account if you want to watch live streaming.

I tried to charge some money, but bwin didn't accept my entry. Maybe bwin don't want to be involved in a trouble because Japanese law don't allow Japanese people to do betting via international bookmakers. So then I pretend to be a German person and make an account with German address and so on, but the bwin's system checked and detected my credit card is issued in Japan. Gee.
Well, it means, most Japanese people can't watch a live streaming via bwin. orz

BTW...,

It's too bad Soto has got injured. I hope Soto will get well soon. And some people say Marco Russ will play instead of Soto next game.

So today, some pro-photographers have an interest in Marco Russ. We can find Marco's photos more than as usual. lol

Oh Marco, you still have a pain on your left hand?!
Hope you'll be fine sooner.

Itai no Itai no Tondeke~~~

I'm so sorry, Soto..... but to be honest, I'm a bit happy if I will be able to see Marco... hehe.

The next match will start at 23:30 on Saturday of Japan Standard Time, and we can watch it only via ShowTime. I'm glad ShowTime provide us the repeat on demand, because...,

It's demanded that I should work in my office all over coming Saturday night! Ha-Ha-Ha-... orz

Anyway, I should think I'll be happy to be able to watch whole of SGE's play at the 21 Spieltag.
Werder is strong, but Go Eintracht Frankfurt! .... and hopefully Marco will be on the pitch.

# I know we can watch the games of Bundesliga via P2P streaming e.g. Sopcast or something. I also know it's your own risk to use it so I wouldn't mention about it here.

BL 20 Spieltag

Ha!
I can't watch the full of this game so I don't know how they played.
Ha! q(-o-)

Fuji 739, which is a small pay-TV company and provides us Bundesliga games this season in Japan, doesn't have enough budget to buy a broadcasting right for two or more games. They has changed the TV schedule as follows;

[From the 7 Spieltag to the end of the last December]
- All of the SGE's game in live (but, No 1-6 Spieltag)

[On the last month]
- All of the SGE's game in live
- The highlights of all of the Spieltag
- The 19 Spieltag between Werder and Bayern

[Now (From the 20 Spieltag)]
- Only one game of their choice, and let us know which game will be on air when they decide.

At this moment, the fixed schedules are...
* 20 Spieltag = HSV vs Bochum
* 21 Spieltag = Bochum vs Hannover
* 22 Spieltag = Bochum vs Leverkusen
* 23 Spieltag = SGE vs Bochum
* after 24 Spieltag = (uncertain)

Oh No, Ono!
Bochumer Ono has been used even about 20 minutes, but Ina hasn't played even in a minute. That's because they changed the on-air schedules... Neiiiiin!!!
I thought more games would be on air in Japan after Ono and Hasebe joined the teams of 1.Bundesliga, but...

Hey Herr Funkel,
for me the TV schedule in Japan, please use Ina in almost all the games, it'll be ok even in 10 seconds, BITTE!

...Now I realize Japanese Yen is really really weak against Euro. Where has Economic Yellow Monkeys gone?! Gee... (T-T)
I hope another rich TV company will buy a broadcasting right of Bundesliga next season. BITTE!!

Anyway, let's check the data of this game.
---------------
# Members list;
Nikolov
Ochs, Kyrgiakos, Galindo, Spycher
Chris
Fink (83. Caio), Köhler
Fenin (83. Mantzios), Weissenberger (76. Mahdavikia)
Amanatidis

# Goal getter(s);
1:0 Rahn (76.)
---------------

I didn't watch how they played in 90 minutes( too verbose!), but lots of SGE fans said they were poor especially in the first half. Only Oka was better.
I glanced 5-minute highlight of the game, and I saw Oka stopped several shots by Rostockers.

SGE lost the game 1-0 and they seemed to be shocked.

Don't cry, Fenin...

[I'm joking, he didn't cry.]

Caio was seen for the first time in the game of Bundesliga! Unfortunately they lost the game, though.

On the other hand....
Marco and Ina had been in the bench during the game.

Hello Herr Funkel, why don't you use Marco not only a CB but also a defensive midfielder (6er)?!?!
And I wonder why you didn't use Ina...

Some Japanese people guess Funkel don't like Japanese players because of Taka's quickly leaving. Some of us also guess Eintracht has got Ina only to get some money by selling Ina to another club (e.g. to a J-league club) when this season will finished.
(Well, I never say Funkel SHOULD use Ina. For me, I just worry if Marco will be a starting member and if I will be able to watch the SGE's game on TV in Japan. LOL)

Hey Ina,
grab a position for our TV schedule...!

Lately I've been bloody busy so I really need a mental placebo... a victory game with Marco as a starting member!

Thanks to FC Bayern, we keep 8th place because Hannover's TD is -4.
It'll hurts if SGE will lost the next game when we see the victory points... But, get 3 points, SGE! Go SGE!!

--- my monologue in Japanese ---

Friendly Match between Germany with Austria

Germany won the game 0-3!
This game was on air also in Japan. ...But I can't see this channel in my home. orz
But one of my friend will give me a DVD disk of the game maybe next week, so I'll be able to watch it later. :)

Having a look at the data of this game.

-------------------
#Members list;
Lehmann
Westermann, Mertesacker, M. Friedrich(74. Hilbert), Lahm
Ballack(87. Rolfes), Hitzlsperger(82. Jones)
B. Schneider, Schweinsteiger(59. Podolski)
Klose, Kuranyi (59. Gomez)

# Goal getters;
Thomas Hitzlsperger (53.),
Miroslav Klose (63.)
Mario Gomez (80.)
-------------------

There are fans of each Bundesliga's team in Japan, and they sometimes have an argument on a net forum, for example, a Bayern fan vs a Schalke fan. However all of the Japanese Bundesliga fans unite in supporting the German team whenever they have a game, of course. I'm sure 99% Japanese Bundes fans are rooting for the German team when a game between Germany and Japan is held. SO DO I! lol

I can't say anything about this game because I haven't watched it so far, so I'll put some pieces of silly info here.

Lots of legend players e.g. Beckenbauer are still popular among us, but this time I'll mention mainly about the players who was members of this game.

We're also glad that he was back to the team,

...Ballack!

He is popular among especially JP male fans. (Of course there are also female fans of him in Japan.)

...But, well, actually, most of us were surprised to hear that Ballack was selected as the most sexy player in Germany by German women in 2006. ahaha... ^^;

Speaking about the player who is popular among JP female, I can say it's...

....Miro!

I also think he is awesome!

I like his interview at the WM 2002. He was asked what he thought about Japan and answered like this.
Miro: "***(He said some ordinary answers like 'comfortable' or so.) ***. I also thought it was great that all of the hedges were clipped beautifully."
...What a modest viewpoint he has. ^^; That's a kind of cute!

And, Male fans say his skill is great and female fans say he is skillful and cute, it's...

...Lahmi!

When FC Bayern came to Japan for the friendly match with Urawa Reds in 2006, I think Lahmi was one of the popular players who we wanted to see, and lots of his fans went to the airport to welcome Lahmi.
After the friendly match, Lahmi said in his official site that he was so surprised there were lots of fans waiting for him at the airport because he had thought nobody knew Lahmi in Japan.
Neeee, you have a lot of fans in Japan, Lahmi!

So, who is the most popular player at the friendly match betwee Bayern and Urawa? That was...

...Kahn!

(...We know Kahn wasn't there and won't play at a national game any more.)

Kahn is popular among not only adult people but Kids.

Did you know Kahn's song? It was released here with Japanese version. The song made Kahn popular among also non-football fans in Japan because the Japanese lyric was paraphrased with funny sentences. I'll put the Japanese lyric with English translation if anyone will request me to do it.

Well, we're worried about Poldi because he hasn't been enough chance to play at Bayern, but,

We're glad Poldi did a good assistance during this game.

Ja, of course there are fans of Poldi and Schweini here.

Timo Hildebrand are popular among Japanese women.

He has a good skill, and also is good-looking.

Lately JP female fans say Rolfes and Koichi Domoto are alike. What do you think about it?

# Koichi Domoto is a popular pop star.

Well, actually, my fav in the national team is,

...Mertesacker!

Merte is my fav, ...even though he is good at pretending to be an old man.... lol
I know such a costume wouldn't suit Timo... ^^;

Oh, I shouldn't forget to say, this man always grab us,

... Jogi!

He is brilliant as like as halos o his back.

We're happy with that Jogi has a scarf around his neck as usual. hihi!

And this man is also popular among us,

... Klinsi!!

His lovely actions makes us happy. :)

... Ummm, I know I blogged a teenager-like topic here. haha! :P
Tschuess und bis bald!

Paulaner Muenchen

Can I say something about this beer related to FC Bayern?

Perhaps 99% JP people think the TV-commercial of this beer is a bit unpleasant, actually. It seems that this company never have a plan to sell their products to Japanese. haha...
What do the Japanese fans of FC Bayern think about this commercial? hihi.

The commercial video can be seen on the Pailaner website or here.

Well........ well, well... (-_-;)

It's not unpleasant for me that the German guy is clever to get a beer for free. What I felt unpleasantly is... Umm, I feel a bit down because I find how the typical image of Japanese people by German people is such that.... orz

Umm. it might be certain that there are such Japanese travelers in a foreign country. Umm....
I don't know about it, because I haven't seen such Japanese when I've been in a foreign country (was it just a lucky for me?!) ...and I'm not about to do like that when I have a trip to abroad.

When it comes to their clothes and the wife's behavior, I think these Japanese are from Japan of 20 years ago. lol

Anyway, I will never buy this beer. haha. "Binding" and "Mainkur" are better than Paulaner! lol

Hasebe to Wolfsburg

Hum. Makoto Hasebe comes to Wolfsburg from the middle of this month. I'm glad a new Japanese player comes to Bundesliga, because...,

I can expect the Japanese TV broadcasting will probably try to air the games of Bundesliga on TV next season. Probably they will, perhaps, maybe..... ^^;

BTW, the wiki page of Hasebe in German is added.
I think it's my duty to add some info about Hasebe for German friends as like as I did when Ina came to Germany.

I put some info about Hasebe which are not in German wiki page but are in Japanese wiki page.

Evaluations of Marco at the 16 Spieltag (Again)

Marco Russ got a good value during the 17 Spieltag even though he didn't play there.

A: At the previous game against Schalke 04, well, Russ provided his teammates with various passes from a short one to a long one as a nice playmaker. But today, Chris, who play instead of Russ, hasn't shown us such a play so far.
