Personally, my hit point of the friendly match between England and Germany is that Lahmi was the captain after Schneider was out of the pitch. But people in Germany points another thing.

We know westerners usually do hugs and kisses with not only their partners and also their friends in their daily life.
Of course, I can see that it's strange if Jogi and Kuranyi had a French kiss in public area even though they are NOT a couple.
What about in this case? Actually I don't know the border between friendly hugs 'n kisses and non-friendly one. But the DE media showed us this news, so it means this picture looks a bit hollywood entertainment-news like? In other words, "it's not like a kiss between mates" ?

I didn't blog this topic for a gossip. I don't care about a kiss of two men. We can easily watch it anywhere in Paris! LOL
What I'd like to say is, it's so fun to get to know cultural differences. Don't you think so?
We don't have custom to hug and kiss so often in Japanese ordinary life, but I think this behavior is nice to make friends. From my experiences, Canadian people usually do friendly hug 'n kiss with their friends so many. Whenever I go to Canada to see my friend, She introduced me to her Canadian(local) friends and I always got a lot of welcome hugs from them even though I met them for the first time. It made me happy. :)
...However, I'm wondering what westerners would do if a person who haven't taken a shower for a few days is going to give them a hug??? LOL
I know each person has each policy of such things, but I guess there is a kind of common sense of each society. I'm curious about them.

In my experience heterosexuall men in Europe don't kiss or hug. (Not even in Paris. *g* They shake hands.)
But on the pitch wearing football shirts there seem to apply different rules. Hugging and kissing at the cheek or forehead is common. Kissing at the neck isn't though. That seems to have been by mistake.
There are lots of people in Germany who think that exaggerating scenes like that is typically BILD. There are lots of people who even doubt not only any article but also any interview they read in BILD.
The opinion is really widespread, for example there is a well-known website revealing the "errors" of BILD.

Then, I got how many German people think about Bild.
There is a newspaper "Tokyo-Sports" in Japan, and this newspaper has many article which are not correct.
They make articles for rather entertainment than journalism.
I think Bild is much more better than Tokyo-Sports. We can say Tokyo-Sports has only disinformation except its dates. LOL
It's funny two newspapers published in different countries seem to have a bit common taste.
