火曜日にボールを使ってトレーニングをします。ここでいろいろ試してみて大丈夫だったらチームに合流する方向です。
可能なら次戦のブレーメンとの試合で復帰できそうです。
まあここで復帰できなくてもその次のハンブルク戦には１００％間にあいます。
とにかくもうすぐ復帰できそうだというお知らせでした。

I will try to use a ball at training session on Tuesday. I think I will join the normal training if I can feel ok with my knee on 28 Aug.
I might be able to come back at the game against Werder if my knee will be ok.
Well, even if I won't be able to make it, I'm 100% certain I will play at the game against HSV.
Anyway, I'm going to let you know that I will probably play again soon.

前回伝えましたが、今日はボールを使って膝の感触を確かめる日でした。
結果は上々でしたね。
去年も同じような状況でしたが、今の方が遥かに良いですね。１年前はもっと痛みがあったけど復帰して試合に出ていたからね。
ということで明日からチームに合流します。
練習しながら膝の感覚を確かめていければ良いかなと思っています。

As I said last time, I used a ball and checked the condition of my right knee today(=28 Aug).
I think my knee almost fine.
I was in the similar situation (felt pain with my knee) last year, but the current condition is much more better than it was.
When it comes to the previous season, I played even though I had bigger pain with my knee than I have now.
So, it means, I'm going to join my fellow and do the normal training.
I'm still going to check the condition of my knee during our training sessions.
