Laktattest

SGE buddies took a Laktattest at Riederwald.





Marco and the Greek guys were the same group to run. Thanks to Mr Platonas Karakatsanis, We can see a lot of photos which Russ is on. hehe.



I heard that Per Mertsacker said a Laktattest was his most dislike training. Is it so hard?
I'm sure I would say NO if someone would ask me to take a Laktattest, though. haha!



BTW, I'm curious What their result are of the Laktattest. Don't you think so?
