Eh? contrary to what Funkel showed us the members list previously, Marco was a starting member of this game! :)

# Well, Can I say this? ....Herr Funkel, Why didn't you use Marco as a player at the 14 Spieltag? Did you know a poor Tokio girl had been there last week to watch Marco's play...? ^^;



Taka and Ina couldn't make it because of their tonsillitis. It's true Asian people are weak against rain and cold. I realized it again and again whenever I came to Germany. Most of western people seem to be OK without umbrella when it rains. Wow. (@o@)


So, SGE scraped a 2-2 draw at this away-game.

This game was like a festival for the young Eintrachtlers!
Toski, Hess and Ljubicic made their Bundesliga debut. Congrats, boys!
Marco and Toski were starting members. Chaftar was sent to the pitch last some seconds.

Well, the newcomer Toski received a ritual from an elder opponent.

This Wolfsburg player whispered;
"Hey boy, you should make up your mind if you want to play at a senior game...! hihi."

Oh, I have to mention about Marco's play!


At 19 mins, Russ made a sliding defense and cut a Gentner's shot.






...And Russ cleared the set play by Wolfsburg.

Marco was filled with adrenaline?!




Oh, Glind slipped on the pitch this time... ^^;




Around 21 mins, Marco gave a long feed to Ama.
Herr Russ seemed to be in a good condition. :)


And then, God and the referee was probably on the Marco's side.
At 33 mins, Marco and Grafite did a Zweikampf at the edge of the end line, and Grafite tumbled to get a foul of Russ.

However the referee saw them and didn't think it as a foul.
It seemed Grafite grabbed Marco's upper arm first...! I checked it with lots of replays on my DVD player. hehe.





At 34 mins, Chris got a Tooor! 1:1!!


Herr Russ was very gratified at the goal of a rival of the CB position and raised own fist in delight.


What a nice character Russ has!
Well, God always makes a good person will flourish in their field, Marco! :)





After this goal, Marco also played well, for instance, clearing some shot by the opponents with his heading.
Herr Russ seemed to be in a good condition. :)



Wolfsburg scored 2-1 by SGE's careless miss, but at 52 mins Fink got a goal!!

It wasn't clear if Fink stood at the off-side position or not, but the referee didn't say anything. Danke, the referee!



Around 70 mins, Marco guarded the ball from the opponent as like as an armadillo a guardian angel.

...Eh? Did you wonder if it might be a handling foul?!
Nein, Marco didn't touch the ball, maybe...probably! And, it was never a foul even if Marco touched it because Russ didn't mean to do it.
In the current rule, the handling foul needs an intentional touch on a ball by a player.
Anyway, the referee was on the Marco's side. Gooooood!


At 76 mins, Hess came in.

I think he showed us a good movement.
Players who have a name "**ss" are footballers of great talent. hehe.


At 77 mins, Marco aimed to shot via a pass from Köhler,


...but Marco was flagged off-side. orz




Marco unconsciously hold the ball and ran back to his own position. Cute!



At 80 mins, Ljubicic came into the pitch and Toski was out.

I think Toski played a sort of effectively. How come, Funkel?

Around 85 mins, Russ gave away a FK after challenging Dzeko...! (*_*;)
The referee said Marco kicked Dzeko.


Marco shrugged his shoulders with just westerner-like pose.

It was getting an unlucky mood, but Russ still played with adrenaline.


Marco kicked away the ball passed from the opponent not to be scored.

Ama had had some chances to score during this game, but he couldn't make it.
It looked like Ama didn't have the luck of the goal in this game. It wasn't so bad SGE got a 2-2 draw because it was the away-game, but I think SGE could have won the game 2-3 or so.
I can't help thinking what if there had been some other FWs there at that time...
Well..., way to go, Ama!



After the whistle of 90 mins, Eintrachtlers seemed to be relieved.

"Hey, today we're lucky to have such a referee, eh?"

Marco:
"Ja, I think so, too."

The game was temporarily suspended... I think Ama and Marcelinho ran up to him. What happened? ^^;






Next, SGE will welcome Schalke at the Commerzbank Arena this weekend.
I expect we will be able to see a giant killing. hihi!
